The Backstage team wants to ensure that
the overall cultural program (incl announcements &
speeches) during the Durga Utsav is conducted in a timely
manner, and provide the necessary technical and logistical
support in that regard.
The list of duties to be performed by the
team includes:

Will manage all the cultural programs during the
Durga Utsav to be held during the first weekend of
October 2008 in Cincinnati.

Will provide and arrange the necessary logistical and
technical support needed at the cultural
programs.

Will work with the cultural team to determine the
overall needs of audio, visual, and other equipments during
the cultural program.

Will arrange a visit to the venue in conjunction with
the cultural team to determine what is available and what
needs to be arranged for the cultural programs at the Durga
Utsav.

Will be present during some of the cultural program
rehearsals, especially the final ones, to evaluate the needs
and also plan how to prepare for the final program at the
venue.
The Backstage team consists of the
following members at this time – Sumitro Chakravarti, Biplab
Mukherjee, Subhasish Mukherjee, Rupak Banerjee, and Sugata
Chakravarti. Team is looking for more volunteers who might be
