A maximum of 9-member Board of Trustees manages the affairs of the organization including organizing the annual events, conducting various elections, managing the books of accounts and filing of necessary financial and statutory reports with competent government entities.
New Trustees are elected by the members each year for a term of 3 years, who replace the outgoing Trustees, preserving continuity from one Board to next.
